Gratuities

Gratuity is not automatically added for individual full priced  services - we do ask if a special is booked you consider spa attendants, or therapist quality services are customarily acknowledged with a gratuity of 20%on the original prices We do add it to our packages, price including gratuity is on our website.

Gift Cards

Maui Spa Gift Cards are sold in a $ amount not for a package or service, if you are giving it as a gift your recipient has the flexibility to choose what they like at time of calling to book services. We will however let them know the amount available on the gift card when they call if they ask.We do not honor past specials or at time of purchase a special of the month for a future booking.with a gift card, it will be used in a dollar amount

Cancellation Policies

Please make any changes to your services, time or type of service within 24 hours prior to your appointment. We charge 50% of all appointments booked if we do not receive 24 hour prior notice and we charge 100% of any missed appointments or same day cancellation.

The Maui robe & slippers provided are the customary attire to wear around the Maui. For your comfort, swimsuits must be worn during your visit to the Hana Room.
