Gift Cards are non-refundable sold in a dollar amount, not a service or special or specific package Gift Cards are not available as a package (only for a suggestion for a package) sold in the value of a $ amount only.
Maui Spa Terms:
An additional 20% gratuity on the original pricing will be in addition to all services listed including specials and or discounted service including the use of the Hana room.
The total will not reflect the gratuity on the website and will be in addition and added to the total at the time of payment.
Same Day Cancellations for Covid will be added to a gift card for a future visit
All other cancellations will be subject to fees
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. We do have a 24-hour phone service that can accommodate your request via text.
Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be for each service booked

50-minute services are a $50.00 fee

80 in services is an $80.00 fee

110-minute services are a $110.00 fee
