If you're looking for another way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-chee). Tai chi is sometimes described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body. Originally developed in ancient China for self-defense, tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and to help with a variety of other health conditions.
If improved vitality, health, mental stability and spiritual awareness are important to you, then qi gong is what you have been looking for. The 'qi' means air and 'gong' means discipline or skill. Therefore, qi gong literally translates into breath or energy skill. This is a low impact class that focuses on helping you connect better with your body.
Our instructor, Raymond Garner, is a certified instructor with Energy Arts, Inc. and also a Licensed Acupuncturist. He is fully prepared to give the guidance you need to find your connection.
Classes are available for group or private instruction with the rate of $100.00 per hour. A weekly class is also available at $15.00 per class - please ask for schedule.
Other Classes offered - Wu Style Tai Chi, Opening the Energy Gates of your Body, Longevity Breathing, God's Playing in the Clouds.
