When you book with any of our licensed specialists, what to expect
Our trained Therapists try their best to meet your personal request for the best massage.
Please let them know at the time of service how they can better reach your expectations with direct communication during your massage, if you book a relaxing Signature Massage and want DEEP TISSUE then please clarify this at the time of booking.
We do understand we cannot guarantee every time you will have your 100% expectations met without communication.
If you are not happy with their technique we suggest you understand each therapist has their own technique
Please give us another attempt to try a different person on your next visit until we can find the perfect person for you.

Charges will be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.



Before you purchase a Gift Card please read carefully.
Gift Cards are non-refundable sold in a dollar amount, not a service or special or specific package Gift Cards are not available as a package (only for a suggestion for a package) sold in the value of Spa Dollars $

We accept Maui Gift Cards for services, we do not accept any other gift cards including Spa Finders, Spa Wish, Visa, American Express Gift Cards

Pregnancy - Please alert staff when arranging appointment. You may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and hydrotherapy treatments involving heat and other elements. (Allowed only in the second and third trimester.)

Gratuities - Gratuity is not automatically added for individual full priced services - we do ask if a special is booked you consider spa attendants, or therapist quality services are customarily acknowledged with a gratuity of 20%on the original prices We do add it to our packages, price including gratuity is on our website.

Gift Cards- Maui Spa Gift Cards are sold in a $ amount not for a package or service, if you are giving it as a gift your recipient has the flexibility to choose what they like at time of calling to book services. We will however let them know the amount available on the gift card when they call if they ask.We do not honor past specials or at time of purchase a special of the month for a future booking.with a gift card, it will be used in a dollar amount.

Cancellation Policies - Please make any changes to your services, time or type of service within 24 hours prior to your appointment. We charge 50% of all appointments booked if we do not receive 24 hour prior notice and we charge 100% of any missed appointments or same day cancellation.

Attire - The Maui robe & slippers provided are the customary attire to wear around the Maui. For your comfort, swimsuits must be worn during your visit to the Hana Room.

Rental of Rooftop Lanai - Rental is available for events and parties.

Hydrotherapy - Hana Room is co-ed bathing suits required at all times.

Sunday: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm

Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
