FAQ'S

We accept Maui Gift Cards for services, we do not accept any other gift cards including Spa Finders, Spa Wish, Visa, American Express Gift Cards


 

  • Pregnancy - Please alert staff when arranging appointment. You may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and hydrotherapy treatments involving heat and other elements. (Allowed only in the second and third trimester.)
     

  • Gratuities - Gratuity is automatically added to all spa treatments of 20% of total original cost of service. Should you wish to increase or decrease this amount based on your service satisfaction, please notify the front desk attendant at check out. Envelopes are provided at the register if you wish to leave cash. 

  • Gift Cards- Maui Spa Gift Cards are sold in a dollar amount and cannot be redeemed for past specials or packages on our site.. We will apply the dollar amount to a service or package  at time of booking . Purchasing online does not allow for packages, or specials only a dollar amount . When purchasing in our location,  same applies. Maui Spa reserves the right to change our services or prices at any time.

  • Cancellation Policies - Please make any changes to your services, time or type of service withing 24 hours prior to your appointment.  We charge 100% of any missed appointments or same day cancellations.

  • Etiquette - Entire spa is a smoke-free and cell phone-free zone. Please refrain from using your cell phone in common spa areas and silence your phones at all times. 

  • Attire - The Maui robe & slippers provided are the customary attire to wear around the Maui. For your comfort, swimsuits must be worn during your visit to the Hana Room.
     

  • Rental of Rooftop Lanai - Rental is available for events and parties.
     

  • Hours of Operation:

Monday - Saturday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm

Sunday: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm

  • Arrival:

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

  • Drinks:

$25 corkage fee if you wish to bring your own bottle (This is a per bottle fee)
