Bring your own mat and any props that you may require to support your practice: pillow, strap/belt, blanket/towel. h2o to hydrate during class
The class is taught by Jane Charland, a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance who has studied Yoga science and philosophy going on 20 years. She continues to deepen her education and practice of yoga to heal and rejuvinate through advanced studies and certifications. She has participated in extensive certification at the Sivananda Ashram in Paradise Island,Bahamas, in retreats at The Kripalu Center in Berkshires,MA and in advanced trainings in Yoga for Depression, Chakra Balance, Yoga for Stress Management and several other programs in yoga therapy including Yoga for Autism and Special Needs Children.
